Abstract:
Considering that self-compacting concrete is a fairly new type of concrete composite, researching its durability properties is of the utmost importance. This paper presents the possibility of modeling resistance to abrasion of self-compacting concrete by selecting appropriate component materials. With own experimental research it has been shown that the dominant influence on the abrasion resistance has the applied aggregate type and then, to a lesser extent, the achieved compressive strength.
