Abstract:
Through institutional analysis, decision-makers in traffic safety can look at all the capacities available to the local community in implementing various measures in traffic safety. Also, institutional analysis is a step necessary for making a quality traffic safety strategy, as well as planning measures that will bring the current state of traffic safety to the desired state. In this paper, an institutional analysis was carried out on the territory of the Municipality of Sokolac.
