Abstract:
In an effort to pump capacity in the hydraulic system adapt to requirements of the machine that drives developed a growing number of regulators, hydraulic - mechanical devices, often with electronic control. Pressure regulators, power, hydraulic, servo controller and LS are just basic structures depending on the application site to expand management control components, and sometimes combine with each other. Hydraulics and electronics in recent years has been mutually supportive, so that in the particular field of applications with hydraulic pumps - electronic controllers is replaced with pumps of constant specific volume variable speed control (frequency management controller). This substitution certainly has limitations, and they oppose economic logic in efforts to achieve a lower price hydraulic drive. This paper analyzes the aforementioned constraints and show the results of measuring the most important hydraulic electrical characteristics in the hydraulic system, which is designed tankers constant volume and frequency converter.
