Abstract:
This paper examines the possibility of increasing the effectiveness and
efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises using simulation methods
when making management decisions.
The first phase of the research is the development of model for simulation of
work in small and medium enterprises with the aim of increasing their
effectiveness and efficiency.
The second phase is an experimental investigation of the influence
of various parameters in the work process of small and medium enterprises.
The third phase is related to display the results of simulation experiments
through the influence of different parameters on the processes of small and
medium-sized enterprises.
The studies have shown that the use of simulation in the work process of small
and medium-sized enterprises can raise the level of effectiveness and efficiency. Thereby it has been shown that there are certain laws in the unfolding process of
simulations, which can reliably assess the impact of different variants on
the effectiveness and efficiency of the work process Small and Medium Enterprises.
